ITV HD and the red button

I have the Humax Foxsat HD box and it works fine on all channels including BBC HD. However when watching ITV and being invited to press red for HD the Humax re-tunes to channel 2100 using transponder 10510 and I get no sound or video. The info bar tells me that I have HD and the signal level is good and the quality around 85%. Can anybody help please.

I saw your Thread about this in "another place" and it is clear that there is a fault with your Box, all things considered.

Of course, it may be a fault that can be cleared by doing a Factory Reset, then checking again when the next ITV HD programme becomes available.

There were all sorts of teething troubles with ITV HD in the early weeks, but they do seem to have been resolved, which adds weight to the hypothesis that the issue is with your Box.

BTW, is it the single Tuner box (which I have) or the PVR?

Yes. A factory reset does not change anything. Can anyone tell me what their Humax does when they press the red button for ITV HD. Does the channel number change? If so what to. Also what frequency/transponder is selected.
