Torodial Antenna 90 cm with Hotbird, Astra 19,2, Eurobird 28.5
My Location
54,8 degrees NB, 8,9 EL
Is s. o. out there to receive ITV Channels east of Osnabrück in Germany? On Eurobird i am able to get BBC, Sky News, a lot of selling, gambling ch. but no ITV Channel. Is it scrambled?

All ITV channels are fta.

In north western Germany Your 90 cm dish should be big enough to get the Astra 2D channels.

If you are looking for the ITV HD service be aware its VERY part time only running a couple of hours a week most weeks then you have to make some adjustments to your HD receiver - see the sticky at the top of the Freesat section.
