can anybody tell me if itv2 on sky transponder can be received with strong receiver

i can only get scrambled picture

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Unfortunately its encrypted with Videoguard, so you need a Sky Digibox and subscription card, can't even get it with a FTV card.
