I live in the middle of a woodlands, it's so quiet it's scary.

I use some vintage blankets, and yep, they do cause quite the lightning storm if I move about...

A roll of aluminum foil is much cheaper.

And a better way to ground your self is to sleep out in the back yard on the lawn.

You can get tablets from the local chemist if you have a case of the sheets.

Eating a couple of hard boiled eggs for tea probably does similar.
