Appeared suddenly this morning. Its currently only on air 0200-0400 UK time so its some sort of placeholder for an enhanced service or for another channel. Its part of the Zee outfit, if its the same as the Indian channel its a Hindi language spiritual service. As Im not going to stop up till 0200 in the faint hope my card allows me access to it this blue screen with epg info will have to do for the time being!!
