Joker / Icecrypt CAM price

Several Dutch suppliers seem to be offering Joker CAMs or equivalent bundled with a USB programmer and funcard for under £100. This seems remarkably cheap compared to Magic CAMs. Is a Magic CAM really so much better? Or are the dealers clearing their stocks before the Joker CAM goes belly up?
