JSC Card has stopped working

My Satellite Setup
80cm motorised with quad LNB, static 28.2E with quad LNB, VU+ Duo, DM500S, DM500S, DM800HD, Openbox S9.
My Location
Manchester
I recently bought a JSC card and had i working fine in my DM500 but it has stopped working. Could anyone please let me know if there is anything wrong with my settings or entitlements please?

Is it Irdeto or Viaccess?
 
Irdeto, leaving it on +2 for a while to see if it might fix itself but no luck yet. Probably overnight I'm guessing.
 
When did it stop working? We know Showtime/Orbit were planning on turning their Irdeto encryption off couple of days ago, maybe its affected JSC as well..
 
What box is it in? I've heard about a lot of Irdeto cards not updating if they are not in a proper Irdeto cam.
 
DM500, only had it a few weeks. Do they need to be updated regularly?
 
I don't know. I haven't had an Irdeto card. Pepino knows about this problem I think though.

My card was a Viaccess 3 and that required a regular update... but normally it was up and running again within a couple of minutes of returning to one of the JSC channels.

I left it on JSC+2 all night and nothing happened :(

just seen your PM ,,can you tell me your dm500 settings.card server ...emu...etc? also do you have any original irdeto cam or embeded receiver of some sort?? and finaly i will be needing your details via PM card nº..password if you have registered with JSC data base..i´m still out and should be back late tonight so hopefully if your are lucky you may get the picture back shortly ;)

Hey,

I posted the information you required but it was removed by an admin.

I got it working again after ringing the supplier who sent the card an update.

It is just the DM500 internal reader.

I tried to register with the JSC database but it was too difficult, it looked like it had worked but I couldn't login!

Would you like me to PM you the information?

well if its back and running i think we can forget it for now..but just a big advise for the future ..keep clear from irdeto cards ..specialy if you use emulators and not offical cams/box to read it ...there is always an issue with those cards ...for aljazaara sport the best option is keyfly cam or viaccess ..best regards
