JSC Info please

I just read on the web that the codes for JSC change every two hours, is this true? Maybe the reason why every CCcam or Oscam version and config file I try doesn´t work (if card is already off).
 
have you tried the oscam cccam set up i said to you on other thread
that works perfect with all sd and hd channels and updates
