So what's everyone doing on this over-commercialised day? AKA, SAD - Singles Awareness Day...
 
We pay lip-service to Valentine's Day, Wedding Anniversary, Birthdays etc. by sticking to a £10 budget and having Steak, Chips, Fried Onions and Garden Peas with a Bottle of Cava. That's it.

Bit difficult for me as my ladyfriend is in Johannesburg, but I sent her a card.....sadly a romantic dinner for two might be a tad difficult to arrange..it would take me three or four days to drive down there.....

Well I proposed to my SWMBO today. Wrote her a little poem and produced a rinig .. she said yes.. obviously. So mini handcuffs are in place
