My Satellite Setup
DM 500S
Acer laptop win7
D Link router

Hi
Im new to this box world and have done the following but no luck. footie screen sly spts 1 blank. i hope ill get help from some one.
Hardware
DM 500s when bought few days ago came with Gemini 4+ looks clone
Current image PLi Jade latest 1.9 rel 27.06.2009
location Lon Uk

Steps taken:
1. loaded PLi and reflashed with erase null modem cable
2. installed one dish Sly .auto transponder scan 28.2 e Euro astra
3.DCC used to ftp files
4. added on CCCam 2.1.3 and CCcam config 2.1.3
5. Satan key bundle manualy installed into Var/key and Var/scce
6. Cong edited with F line( not sure if done correctly)

hi new here can u tell me whats the channel list or where i can find it for dm500 thx.

A key bundle will not help you get sky, it is totally secure

Who gave you the F line????, you cannot just think one up .........no wonder it doesn't work

without a valid sky subscription, no cccam version and no keys package can decode sky sports.
you need either a sky subscription card in the receiver (with cccam 2.1.3 running: Warning - the dm500 internal card reader will heat up the sky white cards alot, to an extent that it might burn cards))
or you need a valid C line (not F line) with someone who has the required subscription on sky sports

Can I buy C line form anywhere and anything else i am not doing right
 
You can buy a c-line from any payserver, but its really not recomennded!
 
you can start with a freeview card from sky
or you can even borrow a friends sky card (magic thing about dreambox is that you don't need to pair the sky card with it for it to work, all you need is the boxkey)
there are boxkey generators available now, where all you need to put in is the serial number under your friends digibox and you are in action :)
 
It should however be pointed out that the particular avenue of pleasure mentioned may not be around for a long time as it is strongly suspected that the whole point of the current card swap is to limit or eradicate the card sharing aspect of the hobby as and when it is complete and the new encryption systems are implemented.
 
ok i have a sky card (white one ) but no subscription. and how can i get a c line if i m not recomended to buy one.
