i also have gold and silver cards and a elvis programmer - what can i expect to receive (astra1 and hotbird)? - will i just seca1\mg for now? until i get my titanium card which will then do seca2?

also what do the updates for MR do exactly? how can u tell what version it has on it already (havent got it home yet)

You'll get the TPS channels (Hotbird) off the MR once you prog it manikm. As you say, no seca2 or connax until you get your titanium card. Although it's poss that S2 will come out on the MR soon.
