This week on Gum Tree I saw a brand new SMR1224 for sale in its box for £20.00. Contacted the seller who told me he had some body coming to view it this week end, the bloke bought it tonight.
 
that's a shame I have a brand new one in the workshop somewhere will put a 1.8 on it when machined a new base need to buy a lathe first.
