I wasn't sure where to put this but there is a seller with a few Band C Ka Norsat 9000 LNBs on Ebay. One is a normal auction Norsat 9000 C- ka Band LNB | eBay
Although international shipping is shown the text says USA only. No use to me as it's the one band I already have.

Yep ...thats the one I have ..
Works ok for a DRO ...not that there is a helluva lot to access ..
But a good buy for someone ..assuming the bidding dont get silly

Data only ...and Ka C is Mil Band if memory serves..

Says at the bottom of his description,'No International Shipping, USA only'

Contradicts eBay info they're quoting £14.21 for delivery.

Vendor hasn't changed his shipping options as a guess

Just grabbed that Norsat. £63 + P&P + Import charges, grand total £92.51. More than I wanted to pay for a used item, however they're not easy to come by in any condition, unless you pay full whack.

I'm trusting vendor's happy to abide by ebay's international shipping option, despite the contrary in his description. Didn't contact him/her before bidding, in case there would be a refusal to send to the UK.

Llew, I hope it works out. I'd be interested to know if you get much beyond its specified band edges using your 6983 (which should do 250-2350MHz).

VS, do any of your STBs or cards cover an extended IF range?

I see that the vendor has re-listed at $39.99 start

Haven't (yet) had any refusal to send here, or anything from ebay regarding cancelling. Could be another item. Time will tell.

Well done Llew! Hopefully...

Didn't see that. Still, saved myself 20 quid on the Buy It Now option ;)

Been dispatched now :D

Probably shipped to Pitney Bowes who then sort out the importing and VAT.

I wonder if a BBC converter we bought with the SL3's would bring this LNB into the 18GHz range??
