Possible but doubtful ..I wonder if a BBC converter we bought with the SL3's would bring this LNB into the 18GHz range??
I rather suspect the front end of the lnb would be restricted ..both by oscillator frequency and comb filters..
It might be possible to stretch the operating range a little by tweaking for wider IF ...but doubtful you could shift a whole band without major structural change to the lnbs front end..
Filters likely employed to prevent add and subtract ..ie osc + IF ...or osc - IF only ..not both..
