I just want to know the future of KA BAND. Will the satellite coverage wide or narrow for the countries?

e.g Astra 28 east on ku band cannot be received in the middle east but if it on ka band , I don't know if it can be received or not.

Guess it's all a matter of Footprints and power of the Satellite. It doesn't matter if it's C - KU or KA Band.

The future is tight spotbeams - its already here with Eut KaSat at 9E which has 80 individual beams. This means that frequencies can be reused across coverage areas which is MUCH more efficient for the operators.

So if you are hoping to get more western European TV as Ka band comes into use you are likely to be seriously disappointed.
