Satbeams - World Of Satellites at your fingertips
This is the link to what I found, but they won t list the frequency on which this is transmitted
The footprint suggest I could get it in Carcassonne

If that info is correct then its looks promising. However in the absence of any info you might have to do some experimentation. Plus its quite possible the beam isnt active. Or if it is active its not carrying any (worthwhile) data.

Vipersan has done some interesting stuff on KaSat - trying to get the Irish channels out of beam in Manchester.

My prob is,I have no frequency to feed into my receiver ,(a "12700/27500H" type of data...)

Thats where the experimentation comes in - you need a selection of Ka band lnbs (because there are at least 4 Ka frequency bands in use) and a spectrum analyser.

Otherwise you are just working blind. You might get away with using a pci computer card if you know what you are doing with it. Failing that its a case of waiting for more info to become available.

First, thank you for such a quick answer!

and then, supposing I receive anything ,which channels will I get and will they be FTA?
The Ka world seems pretty mysterious, here no one talks about that "spot 15 GW4" despite us being well within its footprint

Its very very unlikely these spots will be used for any tv channels any time soon. They are far more likely to be used for data backhaul, internet connectivity for remote areas, military or governemnt data comms etc.

The only reason one spot is allocated for tv services for Ireland is its the only way the Irish "Freesat" service could work without excessive overspill into the UK. (The overspill only really extends into central Wales & Devon)

Again, thank you,so no need for me to jump on the 39 euro ka band LNB which 2Galli sells
Actaually,I hoped to get some Catalan stuff from the Barcelona beam actually... and,yes why do the Irish hide their TV so well? another mystery

There is no mystery to it - its all to do with rights issues for sport & bought in programmes. The UK channels can add (English speaking) Ireland onto the negotiations for tv programmes fairly cheaply as the population of Ireland is far less than that of mainland UK

For RTE to add the UK rights for their bought in programmes or sports coverage would be very expensive and would probably bankrupt them in no time.

Its why RTE have always been encrypted on 28E even when they were on the Astra 2 uk spotbeams.

Just that a (spot)beam is aimed at your place will not say that it is in use and if it is so, is used for radio- or TV-transmissions.
If it was so, it would certainly be listed on Lyngsat (Eutelsat Ka-Sat 9A at 9.0°E - LyngSat)
or Flysat (FlySat Eutelsat Ka-Sat 9A @ 9° East).

The Ka-Sat at 9.0°E is mainly used for internet services from TooWay.
Tooway – Fast internet everywhere » What frequency bands are used for tooway™?

The Irish channels are in a very strick beam aimed at Ireland and by re-using the same frequency and polarity (for the above mentioned internet service) it is impossible, even with the largest dishes to pickup any signal of that Irish Beam outside of Ireland, Wales and South-West England.
An explanation is also found here: Irish Saorsat
