Kabelio troubleshooting

Several dishes but been working on getting BBC sat back up & running again
My Location
Serta, Portugal
I have been watching this free access module for a couple of weeks now on a uclan combo. The problem is that there is no sound on the scrambled channels although there is sound on the free Kabelio channel/ channels.
I have been playing unsuccessfully with the settings & also tried the module on a new tv with the same results.
The picture is perfect…..a sheer delight.
I suppose the only option now is to contact the Kabelio support team for a re activation if that is how these things are sorted out ?

I did make contact last month on the forum Digitalfernsehen & was told to flash the box.
What with buying a new flash drive from AliExpress & loading the file at the local Bibleoteca today time has flown by.
Thankfully, I have just flashed the combo box & with succes.
I now have SOUND
