Katherine Johnson, who did work in finding the significant trajectories necessary for satellites and returning modules in the field of space exploration, has died aged 101.

It's a shame we have to mention that she was a black woman, even in these so-called racially diverse times. Back in the day, she had to use a blacks- only washroom, so I suppose things are a little better (?)

It's damn good age for all that. It's only a matter of weeks since I watched Hidden Figures which portrayed the events of the early space age.

RIP Katherine.
 
RIP Katherine, the world has lost a great mind.....And there was a great movie on her work at NASA during the early years of project Mercury, it's called ""Hidden Figures"", I have it on the DVR, and watch it from time to time.
