Hello

I have been doing some research on this keycode stuff, but didn't think I got anywhere until I discovered this forum. I'v got a 'Strong SRT 4620', which, from what I'v heard can unlock scrambled channels when I put the relevant codes in. Please, as I have no idea, can you tell me how to accesss the 'key code' menu [if such exists] on this receiver? Where is it that I put in the 'key codes' for the channels I want?

I'v done a search on my model, and clicked on about 6 different websites, but I did not find how to set up what I want.

I appreicate any help.
thanks for your time
Y. M.

Welcome to the forum ym15

There is no hidden code as standard only if you flash the receiver with a patch. You need to utilise the forum search for your receiver you will find the necessary links for starters try this one

Isn't there something like a manufacturers code anyway? don't the companies and stuff need somesort of access to their receiver without having to flash it??

thanks

A manufacturer is not going to produce firmware that will allow users to deliberately break the law.:-ohmy
