key structure explanation plz

the question may be stupid to you, but anyway,
Lets say i have found some viaccess keys. Now here comes the question : which ones shall i enter !?!?!
Let me explain, i have a lot of keys saying :index A, some hex string, Index B some hex string etc...
Which index(es) shall i enter ?? Do i have to enter ALL of them ?? Or do i peek the llatest one , just one ??

Change an index only if there has been a key update.
