Keys/cam confused i am

Being a relative newbie but enjoying it immensely i struggling to understand about keys. Ive seen on the technomte 6900 super you can manually input keys. Do i need to do this if i have the latest softcam keys on my receiver? Does the latest keys file used for the diablo include all known keys? ie will manually inputting keys unlock more channels or is it all included on the diablo. Im seem to confuse myself when asking DOH. Sorry in advance if im not allowed to ask this.:confused:
 
Although I don't own a diablo cam, I would assume that manually adding keys is not going to open anything more than whats available in the latest key file.

You may just find it more convenient in some cases to manually punch in a new key for a particular package.

. I think your right, but i do see now and again various keys turn up that arent unlocking on the cam. Incidently is there anywhere on this forum or alike that shows you how to manually input keys on a tm6900 super.
 
Keys in the Diablo for C+ etc are encrypted'O'-red

You will only get the open channels available to all other systems:)
