Yep.The more I think about it, surely the feed needs to be on 23.5e so all the 10 locations across the UK can see the concert output?
They could rely on BBC1 but they wont have been able to for rehearsing?

Ok, i am recording both anyway.According to the EBU the international feed on 11096 won't start till half past:
7 May: Concert: International feed (with video and natural sound/floor audio and NO commentary), expected from 1930 to 2100 GMT
7 May: Concert: Domestic feed (with video and audio and WITH commentary), expected from 1900 to 2100 GM
