Kutol or Play-Doh or...?

I was talking about cleaning something and I mentioned the wallpaper cleaner that used to be around in the 60s and got lots of blank looks. I searched on line and found Kutol and how it evolved into Play-doh, but they described it as being white.

The stuff I remember came as a block and was bright pink and I think it came in an orange cellophane lined paper pack. I thought at the time it was more akin to potty putty as you could bounce it.

Anyone else remember it and what it was called?

Haven't heard of anything there except Play-Doh which I always assumed was the American version of Plasticene.
