Hi Lew where did you go about getting a TBS 6925, might be time I upgraded my Hauppy.

Yes I wasn't too happy ditching my Hauppage as it had served me well for some time, but I had read good reviews for the TBS 6925, particularly as Crazysat has given it 'added value' by writing some excellent software to enable spectrum analysis and improving blind scanning over the TBS application.

The best way to obtain the card I think is to order it from buydvb, who will make arrangements to deliver it to you from China. Took about five days to arrive to me.

Hi Llew thanks for your reply, have you happened to try to tune the radio stations about now that are below 1000 SR?

Example: 11501 V 700 3/4 DVB-S on 30w

Hi remlap, lowest I've managed is SR 477, this one in Post#64 -

It'll go down to 330 on 16E 12679H, member strs65 in that thread has resolved that one with the card, but that TP seems too weak for me here to manage it myself.

Yes, should have pointed that thread to you earlier.

I expect I'll be gathering much of the info there and any other items regarding the TBS6925 and make a sticky to keep things tidy.
