Lacuna MK4 Brand new

Its new and boxed never used, bought this as a 2nd just in case, but have bought a new spectrum,,this meter has never been used and is under full warranty by lacuna , so trying to get some money back that i spent on the spectrum, shall we say around the 150 euro mark?

sorry bout that rolf, will post here in future, basicly he wanted to know how much to ship to alicante to which i replied around 20 euro recorded and signed for through the spanish system (correos),I did not think i could post my email address here?or my return address thats what i pm was to him....Its not sold yet so still on the market

I was virtually about to go ahead with this, however Ref your posting in January stating that you had a problem with your meter, can I ask have to managed to resolve this problem ???

Bought this new 6 months ago and have been using these meters for years without problems,
I plugged it in the van this morning using the cig charger (original).
Was charging fine until (charge error) appeared on the display?.
Took out the battery and put back in and meter comes on with all functions working except the ss graphs are not working.
Iv never had this problem before.

Iv tried reloading the software but the graphs still dont work...
theres a "helpline" tel no for lacuna systems but it will not take calls from outside the uk, as im in the canary islands.
have also drained the battery and recharged...nothing?

also no support available on their website....Any help much appreciated,,Thanks

That was a seccond meter ,,yes i did have a problem with the first meter i bought and sent it back, lacuna done it under warranty,and it is fine now, the one im advertising is brand new,I got them to send it down to me with the one that was been done under warranty,all documentation is with it.
