lazer 2003 ci

Hi friends
i have lazer 2003 ci , i want upgrade it . i need some useful software . i try with neotion 3000 but i cant upgrade it .
another information about my lazer :

I've tried the net for info and anything useful on this receiver but to no avail. How is the performance and any problems with it?

there's a shop here selling it and Im yet decided whether I should buy it. Iam particularly interested to know if I can feed on C band too.
