Lebanese channels not appearing properly

Hi

I used to get a signal of 40-50% for the lebanese channels (Future, LBC, NBN etc..) and since about a month i'm only getting 0-10%, making them unwatchable most of the times. Does anyone know anything I can do?

Try to help people by giving a little more detail, what satellite are you watching what frequency etc, what kind of installation you have, what have you checked already?, LNB cable dish, is your F connector correctly insulated with self amalgamating tape?
