Currently showing Arte, but the quality is abysmal. Only using 997 kbps bit rate, so any movement at all leads to major blokko-vision. Also its not carrying any audio!

Anyone associated with this channel who reads this should be ashamed of the woeful technical parameters being transmitted.

Interesting - there is a ticker running over this one saying Arte is moving over to MPEG4 today. (Unfortunately the ticker is almost unreadable during blokko-vision moments!)

Having checked the Arte channel on my DB7020 sure enough there is audio but no video so maybe Libre 3 is just a barker channel to get folks to swap receivers.

The 19E versions are still transmitting in good old SD quality.

One less channel for the German troops in Afghanistan, unless they all have MPEG-4 boxes.
