LNB C120 KU Band Microelectronics AP84-TW

£10 plus £4.70 postage.

Four outputs.

Two are horizontal two are vertical.

I did some tests but did not manage to test one of the outputs, as at the time I did not realist that two were horizontal and two were vertical.

So I am not a 100% sure that one of the outputs is working or not the other three were all ok : )

It picked up ok but at the time I did not compare it against the Inverto.

It is different from normal quad LNBs that have horizontal and vertical on all outputs.

Nice condition.

It's a quattro LNB, the markings on the lable at the front confirm the fixed polarity/frequency on each port.

yes its needed a multiswitch to get full band H/V . ITs not the same quad than quattro.

I had looked online and had some sort of idea that is required a switch.

Is it because it is dated, or just a different way of doing things for some reason ?

It's for use with a switch, so both bands & polarities can be distributed to multiple receivers simultaneously, in a block of flats for example.
