HOTBIRD 4/6 & NSS6 ON ZENEGA CD-1005S with 1 CI-slot & 1 smart-card reader (CONAX Embedded), DISEqC SWITCH, MATRIX O3ZONE LOADED WITH UCAS3.2 & MR 1.220

to the best of my knowledge best ku-band lnb had a db of 0.6. but i bought a new lnb which have a db of 0.3. is it better than 0.6 or is the label misleading
 
The db values you quote is the noise figure - the lower the better, so .3db will give a better carrier to noise ratio than the .6db one.

i understand it, but is there any chance of 0.3db lnb being available, as i heard 0.6db was the best till date

Several 0.3db LNBs are already available - check out your supplier.
