LNB holder needed.

Decided I need another LNB holder for the 1.8m PF Famaval dish.

Struggling to locate an alloy/metal one. Huevos indicated in a thread that 'The Marrafa one is metal'....any idea where I can buy an LNB holder from that will fit the Famaval dish, thanks. Used threaded bolt to make and extend my current plastic holder to accomodate C-band LNB .


Spotted this plastic one on the SSS site but at €60 inc. carriage to Spain, seems a little expensive!

Thanks for that....managed to source some finally from Finland....lot more expensive and with the carriage to Spain some €60 (carriage was €25) for a quantity of 2 but for me job done and sorted. Time is my enemy at the moment so very pleased they are on the way.

With what time I had I searched but could not find a Slovakia site but came across various threads on sites saying it was not a realistic price. Later on in the evening I came across a comment on a site that the low price was correct!! As I say, time is my enemy at the moment so I have to move fast....perhaps sometimes in haste.

Thank you and I will continue to try and locate the Slovakian supplier for future reference.

I've bought several GI-209P in Latvia. As far as I remember I payed about 10 EUR

I bought the GI-209P from Slovakia and the shipping was €21.60 to Sweden but that included a gbox and some other stuff.
But I wonder, what is the diameter of a c-band lnb? Will it really fit?

Price seems about the same as I am buying from Finland but my ignorance of the language stops me filling in the formula for obtaining a shipping cost and wondered whether there is an import tax from Latvia to España. Again, the fact that the Finnish supplier offered an English website language read obviously helped.

There is possibility to switch from Russian to Latvian if that would help you
As far as I know this shop not practicing sending goods abroad, they only deliver within the country, and, of course, not for free.
You can write or call them and speak in English, that is possible.
I like this shop cuz they agree to bargain. For example, instead of 18 EUR asked for GI-209P I payed only 10.
But I do not like this shop for another reason.... they did not agree to sell their 3m PFA, which works for them like advertisement
And, BTW, within EU we do not pay import taxes. And to not pay import taxes for goods received from outside EU, such as PRC you better ask seller to mention he is sending gift for you which costs less than 10 EUR.

Your initial reference to the GI-209P (post #2) led me to buy the LNB's (x2) so now I am able to enjoy both C-Band and Ku without the fiddling about opening and closing the holder (as my pic in post#1).....gracias RimaNTSS

Content with the service in Finland....ordered Sunday p.m. and delivered this morning at 09.15hrs.........contents of one box:-

I recognise that address, I used that website to order my TD88 dish last summer. It was slightly damaged and they send me another for free and didn't want the old one back, can't complain.

I was in local SAT-shop today and bargained price 10 EUR for GI-209P. So, folks, if somebody needs good LNB for PFA, let me know. Of course, some $$ will go on top for shipment.

Erhm, doesn't the GI-209P come with integrated feedhorn??

Yes, integrated feedhorn. Picture of this LNB is in post#2 and also later. Unfortunately those LNBs are only available as Single.

Yeah... but I do also have a 1.8m CM PF dish so will try it on that one day.
