Hi Guys

I think I may need to replace my LNB (when I get round to setting up my system), as i belive it is an anologue one. Because I am on a tight budget all i need is a cheap single LNB for the time being. ON some websites i have seen that the LNB's have a db rating i.e 0.1db or 0.3db.

What is the difference and what should be used?

If that Makes sense.

Hi, the dB rating is an indication of the Noise value known as 'Noise Figure' . This is the measurement of noise which will be added to a received signal.

The lower the noise figure, the better. 0.1, 0.2 & 0.3dB are all very good LNb's although a quoted NF may not be that accurate.

You require a Universal LNb 0.1/0.2 or 0.3dB
