LNB skew for multiblock install?

My Satellite Setup
Windows 8 HTPC running Mediaportal (client) connected to an Argus TV server. TBS6981, TBS6280 and Hauppauge HVR4000 in the TV server.

Triax TD78 dish + Multiblock with Invacom Quad (28.2E), Alps Singles (19.2E and 13E).

I've just popped up a Triax TD78 with a (vanilla) Triax Multiblock and LNBs positioned for 28.2E, 19.2E and 13E as-per the instructions.

What's the deal with LNB skew on a multiblock install like this?
Do you just apply skew as you would normally if the LNBs were on separate dishes, or does the fact they're mounted on a multiblock mean you apply skew differently?

The reason I ask is that I've seen a few Multiblock install photos where the LNBs seem to have little or no skew applied.
 
I think the angle you must apply to the LNB mounting arm so it follows the satellite arc, accounts for some of the skew, but each LNB will still need optimising in the same way as normal. I.E. for peak SNR.
 
Its pretty much that the multiblock arm gets tilted, then the Lnbs go on it straight. But a quick fiddle with each one to optimise.

I'm all for a bit of fiddling, although I've no meter to aid the fiddle yet :-) .
This might sound a bit dense, but...just to clarify: it's up and fitted, the multiblock arm is tilted as-per the instructions and the LNBs are, at the moment, perpendicular to the arm - what you're saying is that as a general rule of thumb the LNBs should be roughly "proper" straight (+ some fiddling) as that gives roughly the right skew?
