LNB Skew & New Dish Alignment

My Satellite Setup
1.2 metre dish
My Location
Hampstead
Have reinstalled an offset 1.3M dish. After aligning dish manually I find that the skew is way off the original position. Have checked polarization setting for
my location which is 36 Lon 4 Lat and found that its a good 50 deg off what it should be. Is it possible that the dish is not correctly aligned and that is why I have to set a different skew?

Am looking at Astra 2b 28.2 E

Using IGP site I get a fig of -29.43 when I am having to go to +22 to get a signal
 
This is what the Skew should be according to the SMW calculator.
