Logging into Dreambox Puzzle (Web interface)

Hi ,

I have never had a problem logging into my dreambox before so i am a little puzzled ,

I find that i can no longer log into my box with the image that is in the flash memory , but i can still log in with the other images on my harddrive ,

The error messages seem to indicating the password or user name has changed , is there any way i may of changed the password on the image in the flash memory or is there a way to back up the image in flash memory and put it on my hardrive to see if that works.

user: root
pass: (there is no password just leave it blank)
 
Hi , I have reinstalled the image in flash mem.

I can now log on to the box however i find that i can no longer log into the box via another image that i have installed,

Just a thought but the previous image i had problems with was on a cardserver and the image i use now for the card server is the one i can no longer log onto the box.

Is it possible for the helpful chap who setup the cardserver to have changed my login , if so how do i change it back again
 
press start menu ,then run ,in the space type cmd
then in the promt type telnet (dreambox ip ) without the brackets
enter the user as root
then password dreambox
then type passwd
then enter the password you want twice and you are done
