Yes it is certainly an interactive panorama of London, the zoom feature is quite stunning, although I find the drag feature works the opposite to my needs

Me too. What possessed whoever it was to reinvent the wheel and end up with a rhomboid?
 
Here's how they made it on the BT Tower. They used a 32 core machine with 256GB of ram to stitch the images together.
