My Satellite Setup
90cm Fortec Star Dish on a Stab Motor supported on 24" T&K brackets, with a Fortec Star Sigma reciever, picking up 4w to 42e
My Location
Widnes, Cheshire
Hi Guys

Just setting up USALS on my receiver, now my Longitude is -2.7381°

What should I enter?

Is it 0.0?

2.74 W, maybe, or 02.7 W, it depends on the reciever. Some may take a '-'. I don't know, but West is minus.

So if my long is 2.74W will I have to aim my dish at amos 4.0w or can I use 1w or 0.8w

Not 4W, as it is too weak for a normal sized dish. Thor 0.8W is your closest, 11325H, BBC world. Send the dish there first using USALS, and then tweak the declination of the dish, and swivel the motor round the pole for max signal.

5W is another alternative, there isn't a great deal of difference.
