Loss of Sky sports 1,2 & 3 Paros island Greece

I live on Paros island Greece and up to a couple of months ago I was recieving Sky sports 1,2 & 3 with my grundig 3000 - but all of a sudden all 3 were lost - does anyone know why ?

My local installer says a fixed mount dish will get the signal back - comments please
 
Can you try another receiver, as the Grundigs are renowned for power supply problems and channels can disappear over a short period of time.

A well installed motorised dish should get you pretty much the same results as a fixed dish, so it may be that your dish is slightly out of alignment, but try another receiver/digibox first.
 
I haad one of those GDS3000's. It expired last summer with failed capacitors in the power supply (very common on the older Grundigs) . One of the symptoms was channels going missing. If you start to notice other channels stopping working the power supply is likely to fail very soon....

Mine was replaced with a Pace Sky+ box, and the Grundig is in store awaiting a new psu / new capacitors
