FTA USEING TECHNOMATE TM-5200D USB SUPER SET TO ASTRA 28.2

Hi,
I have recently lost True movies 1+2 and also True entertainment.
Can anybody explain why and also tell me how to get them back.
I am on 28.2 Sat with a Technomate 5200D USB Super + box.
