Lost /changed channels Sky digibox/Amstrad

Hello anyone that can help, and indeed, anyone that can't!
I have an Amstrad dv3 digibox, with a freeview skycard(yellow house)
Recently, my channels have changed, ie 101 used to be BBC1 NE, now its London, and I have also lost Ch4 and Ch5(104/5)
Shy 3 says please insert your sky viewing card, when Its already inserted.
Anyone got any idea how to rectify this, I miss the SIMPSONS .
I had the setup in UK, moved to germany, and its worked perfectly for almost 2 years so far.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
When you go into Services, System Setup, System Details, does it show the card number? If it doesn't, try taking the card out and re-inserting, make sure it is chip down and not in the interactive slot. Also try disconnecting at the mains and reconnecting.

If the card is inserted properly and you still can't see the card number in the menu, then it is probably the card reader which is defective and you will need to get a new receiver.

If the box has been disconnected for a period, leaving it switched on for 24 hrs should solve the problem.
