Lost Channel 4HD

I have been working away and have not been using my dreambox 800se but on returning find I have lost channel4 HD I have rescanned the satellite but still no signs- just comes up tune failed. I have tried changing the frequency to where other forums say it now is but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Thanks for that analoguesat I had a slightly different frequency-11127 with QPSK .
All now working perfectly

The issue was the modulation, not the frequency. An apparent 1MHz discrepancy is irrelevant.

Glad you sorted it .

Am I missing something as my list Frq doesnt pick up 11126v and cannot excess zip files posted due to windows needs to reckonise which programme was used to create said file

If your in Worcester, then should have no problem with this transponder. Check all parameters on your receiver before scanning.

Windows from XP onwards can natively recognise zip files. If you're using an earlier verion then you need to install a program such as Peazip; if you're on XP or later then there's something wrong!

All Sorted,Due to lack of sleep I wasn't thinking straight I rembered it was a reference to transfer of files using a memory stick,it took abit of messing around adding TP but sorted I have never done this before so a bit of a learning curve
