Lost Programs

Over the last two week's i have lost all the programs i normerly get on my Matrix reloaded mr1180.was useing file up-date mr 1180 tpsfixed 20/07/05
Have now up-dated with mr1180 tpsfixed 24/08/05. still no programs ?? Any Idea's please.

Is your update been in a right way. I mean when you turn on the receiver you see the version of the software.
If it is may be you have problems with the updating software itself or the memory chip of your Matrix has been problems.
