Low sound volume

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with a problem with a pace digi box.

I have connected the box to my tv and have found the sound is very low volume. I have checked the volume on the sky box and set it to full and still no joy.
All leads are connected tight and i have no picture problems.....

My Satellite Setup

Not much else that can be done with the box if you've adjusted the sound on the box's sound menu. You don't say how you're connected to the TV, if its with a scart, then try changing the scart lead and certainly make sure that the connection is good. Also if you are connected by scart, is the sound on the RF connection any better.

PS. I believe that some newer TVs have an input sound menu, this may apply to yours.

managed to find the problem. When i switched my computer off (It has AV into TV) The volume went up.
