I'm trying to see how low my Prof card will lock and the best so far is Joe FM on 16E, 12680H, 333, 1/2. The only problem is I've had no audio from it so far using VLC. Anyone confirm it's on air or not?

I can successfully play the French radio stations on 8W, 12748H, 717, 1/2. Any other low SR signals about?

Openbox S10 won't go lower than 1000, just tried :( Is a shame because I get 16E pretty strongly.

Maybe they aren't on air, I've successfully locked Radio 538 also on 16E 11070H 333 and have audio playing through VLC. I can't use DVB Dream or any of the regular DVB programmes to lock <1000 SRs either HairyBadger, it's due to the Prof driver. I have to have direct control using Crazyscan or use Crazycats modified BDA file for use with Alt-DVB then set the transponder details manually, unfortunately nothing will blindscan this low.

Presumably there must be some consumer hardware available that can read this SR without fiddling, otherwise what's the point in broadcasting it? Retransmission?

My guess, at least on the Dutch ones are they're feeds into the cable networks.

with amiko alien 8900 hd you can listen all radio stations with low <1000 SRs
idem with Sunray800se
