I've just received this at the foot of a Google search.

Seriously, does anybody really get in a van, complete with tools and ladders and drive to a property to install for the claimed figure ?

It certainly was a small advert. I had to magnify it several times to be able to read it!

That company name sounds familiar, weren't they on Watchdog/Rogue Traders in the past?

Yep, the name changes periodically, been on the rogue shows. I would be very surprised if they've ever fitted anything for £38, some of their bills for very ordinary jobs can be huge and usually for vulnerable people who know no different.
