Can't see this one listed on any of the regular sites so guess it must be quite new.

3717L 2600 4/5 QPSK. 'Maisha TV' I say it's left but I've noticed I'm getting Africable on both L and R but stronger on L although all sites list it as R so it could be my plate is causing some odd effects at this azimuth. All that said, I can't receive Maisha on R. So far, nothing but US music videos.

hi aceb -
i cant recieve - Maisha TV - the signal is below lock for me -- a wall blocks my dish somewhat this far round
but i can just get Africable --- i agree that these signals are both L polarised i see no signal from either on - R.
