making a card for conax

Am I rihgt in thinking all it takes is downloading a file open it up, put the two remaining files on a titanium card and you have a working card that opens conax channels.

Yes, But you must have a cam that will do Conax.

An MR 108, a MM , a Conax cam , or a receiver with built in conax.
