Maplin 1.8 M dish for 99 quid

Has anyone had any experience with these dishes seems to good for the price

Dreambox 7020, CM 1.2 with invacom quad c120 & channelmaster feedhorn.

not personally, it is a Fortec Star 1.8m prime focus dish. and it has been said that people should stay well clear of these dishes because they are crap. Hence 99 quid!

Yep, I'd echo that, have installed one and it was easily out performed by a good quality 1.2m dish.

what satellites you after for the need of a 1.8m dish as a good quality 1.2m gibertini or andrews would work well

Fortec Star is only a brand name, they would be (usually) from the Jonsa production plant.
There are better ways of spending £99

Isn't there any law against selling that kinda crap?

Sadly not. if there was, all the tv shopping channels would be closed down overnight. :D
