massage stays on screen dm800

hello guys i flash by mistake clone image on my real dm 800,and i was told use dream up but still same massage problem any help please
i bought null modem cable with usb serial converter and drive window 7 for it,it loading but dose not allow to flash and says waiting for adnoledge,i put some picture down thank you help please

Try a different version of Dreamup.
Try Flash by browser.
Check the simcard is ok.
Try install these drivers
Our Dreambox 800HD we sell use sim 2.01.
