Master code?

Hi,
Is there some sort of default master pin that can let me watch films (15+) that Ive recorded in the day?
I'm not quite sure what the pin code is to be honest !

No. Only sky can reset the pin cosde (which is the last 4 numbers of the first card used in the box - unless its been changed in the meantime of course)

Could the card have been changed when we upgraded from standard sky to Sky+?

Only you can know that Try the last 4 digits of the card number. You arent going to lose anything by trying

I guess the number was wrong! So the card must have been changed.
